Holistic Health Counseling

A blend of counseling and spirituality, mixed with nutrition and several healing practices, allows you to heal from past pain and trauma, redefine and change your life today, and create a clear path to where you want to be. We tend to have habits and make decisions based on experiences of our past. Recovering from the old pain, and redirecting our current actions and thoughts can dramatically affect our lives, and how we view the world today. These modern techniques are customized with other modalities from around the world to best suit each person's unique needs and desires.

Energy Healing

Energy has been described and expressed in every known culture across the world. Many of them have developed ways to manipulate that energy with thought, intention, meditation, ritual, and practice. These abilities to heal are not incredible gifts specifically for Healers, but lay dormant in all of human kind. We just have to unlock it. An assessment is made for each client, where the most beneficial frequency, affirmation, and modality can be used to cultivate the most out of a session. The beauty of a customized healing (aside from a traditional Reiki healing or DNA Activation) means the healings are never the same, therefore you can get more and more out of each experience, and you are able to grow and heal in new and interesting ways.

Meditation and Spiritual Teachings

Learn how to meditate and heal on a deeper level, reprogram your subconscious mind, and learn healing modalities yourself! Combining spirituality along with discoveries of modern science, we are uniting what was thought to be polar opposites in a beautiful, complimentary way. Uniting Newtonian and Quantum expressions of the universe, and terms like magnetic vs auric field, we begin to discover it is simply different terminology for the same whole, expressed in a different way. These kinds of insights unlock not just your mind, but your capabilities. We dive deep into ourselves and the Mysteries of the Universe each week.
